The diesel engine delivers strong torque from low RPM, making it ideal for highway cruising and loaded outstation trips — typically 25-30% better mileage than petrol on long runs.

Few self-drive operators reach Berhampur directly, which is why Carsavaar arranges doorstep delivery to this tier-3 city of Odisha on prior notice. From Berhampur, customers commonly drive out for Sundarbans, Digha, Puri-Konark, Darjeeling, Gangtok, Bodh Gaya and the historical sites of Patna and Lucknow.
Pricing in Eastern India
Rental rates across the east remain some of the lowest in India — submit your trip details for a personalised quote.
Weather & Season
June-September monsoons are heavy here, and cyclone season (May-November) can disrupt coastal routes through Odisha and West Bengal.
