The rental period begins and ends at the specified pickup and drop-off times. Rental days are calculated from midnight to midnight. If the vehicle is hired after 9 PM, a 2-hour leverage period is provided.
Original Aadhar card, driving license, and an additional document (passport or utility bill) must be presented at the time of vehicle handover. Learning licenses are not accepted.
Daily rental rates vary based on vehicle type and duration, with GST included if applicable.
Rental plans offer different kilometer limits such as 300 km/day, 250 km/day, or unlimited kilometers. Additional kilometers are charged based on the agreed rate (₹5, ₹6, ₹7, ₹8, ₹9, or ₹10 per km).
All fuel costs, toll fees, parking charges, and traffic rule violations (e.g., challans) are the renter's responsibility.
A refundable security deposit is required and will be refunded within 0-7 days after vehicle inspection. This includes checking for damages, missing spare parts, or any pending traffic fines.
Pickup and drop-off services are generally not provided. However, upon request, drivers may be arranged from the market, with applicable charges agreed in advance. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, and we request your cooperation.
The car must be inspected at pickup and returned in the same condition. Any dents, scratches, or missing spare parts will be deducted from the security deposit.
Token payments, advance payments, and pickup/drop charges are non-refundable. If the trip is canceled mid-way, the renter must pay the full rental amount for the agreed duration, as the vehicle is exclusively reserved for the renter.
While vehicles are fully insured, the renter is responsible for damages incurred during the rental period, including the insurance deductible.
Vehicles are insured, but the renter must bear any deductible amount for claims.
Late return charges apply as follows:
- Hatchback/Sedan: ₹250/hour
- Compact SUV: ₹300/hour
- SUV: ₹350/hour
- Premium vehicles: ₹500/hour
Vehicles must be returned in a clean state. Additional charges may apply for dirty interiors.
Only drivers listed in the agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle.
The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or sub-letting.
Deposits or unused rental days are refunded within the agreed timeframe after the vehicle inspection.
Hiring self-driven cars with private (non-commercial) registration is prohibited in India. If you rent a car with private registration, it is at your own risk. Any verification issues or legal consequences are the renter's responsibility.
